Rockdale County Public Schools (RCPS) continues the annual “Be Bright, Eat Right Rockdale” Summer Meals Program, June 8 – July 16, 2026, Monday – Thursday, to ensure Rockdale County’s children receive healthy, balanced and delicious meals throughout the summer.

RCPS will deliver bagged lunches via school bus to locations in neighborhoods across Rockdale County, Monday – Thursday, June 8 – July 16, 2026 (paused June 18 and June 29 – July 3, 2026). Meal route locations and times are listed at www.rockdaleschools.org/summermeals. If your child (up to age 18) lives in one of the neighborhoods served, they can receive a meal at no cost. There is no need to sign up. Children must be present and meals must be eaten on location on the buses, which are air-conditioned.

RCPS will also serve meals at walk-in school locations Monday – Thursday at the locations, dates, and times listed below.  Meals are at no cost. Children must be present and meals must be eaten on location.

• ·         Salem High School (3551 Underwood Road, Conyers) 12:00 p.m.-1:00 p.m., June 8 - July 16, 2026 (Paused June 18 and July 2-9).
• ·         Heritage High School (2400 Granade Road, Conyers) 7:15 a.m.-11:15 a.m., June 8 - July 1, 2026 (Paused June 18). 
• ·         C.J. Hicks Elementary School (1300 Pine Log Road, Conyers), 8:15 a.m.-12:15 p.m., June 8 - 17, 2026.
• ·         Honey Creek Elementary School (700 Honey Creek Road, Conyers), 8:15 a.m.-12:15 p.m., June 8 - 17, 2026.
• ·         J.H. House Elementary School (3100 Zingara Road, Conyers), 8:15 a.m.-12:15 p.m., June 8 - 17, 2026.
• ·         Lorraine Elementary School (3343 East Fairview Road SW, Stockbridge), 8:15 a.m.-12:15 p.m., June 8 - 17, 2026.
• ·         Gen. Ray Davis Middle School (3375 East Fairview Road SW, Stockbridge), 9:15 a.m.-1:15 p.m., June 8 - 17, 2026.
